Starting today, you can save time and insert your Auto Backup photos from your phone into Gmail messages on the web using the new Insert Photo button.
Google+ Auto photo backup is a great way to save your images on the cloud. This can help user create a backup of their device images in case something goes wrong, as well as provide access to the images any time, any where. With this in mind, Google made sharing images saved in the smartphone easier, by giving Gmail users access to the Autobackup photos saved in Google+.
If you've organized the images on Google Plus in the form of albums, the new feature also give users the ability to share entire albums. Most importantly, users can also resize the images from the Gmail compose window using their mouse.
The feature is rolling out as we speak and should reach all devices in the coming days.
