Woman reunites with man she met on American Airlines flight via Twitter

Facebook

It is a very modern love story.

A New Yorker was able to track down the man of her dreams, despite not knowing his last name, by using Twitter.

Lovestruck Emily Domesek fell in love after meeting a man while on an American Airlines flight from Dallas to Calgary, reports Ablxboston.com.

Domesek had fallen for a fellow passenger called Clauco, who wore a blue sweater, and who was 'born in Torino & lives in soho.' He was also sitting in first class.

The entrepreneur couldn't get Clauco out of her head after the flight, so she contacted American Airlines.

'Dear @AmericanAir: just got off my flight with my future husband, but didn't catch his full name,' she tweeted.

'Wanna be match maker,' she asked.

At first she got no response. She tweeted again: '@AmericanAir what happened 2 romance? I'm just a girl, standing in front of the world, asking an airline to help her (2 quote Nottingham Hill).'

But love conquers all, even the offices of an airline.

They declined to contact Clauco, but gave Domesek a platform to reach 780,000 followers.

Clauco was tracked down to an Apple Store.

Domesek later tweeted: 'To close the book on this story. The universe brought us together & he's amazing. FULL STOP.'

American Airlines has asked for a 'virtual' invitation to any wedding, reported Ablxboston.com.
