Top 50 Most Viewed US YouTube Channels • Week Of 11/28/14

It's another installment of the weekly Tubefilter Chart of the Top 50 Most Viewed U.S. YouTube Channels and a channel filled with children's toys is still in the top spot.


DisneyCollectorBR is in first place on the U.S. charts for its tenth week in a row. The YouTube destination for videos of adults playing with children's toys took a 13% hit in its weekly view count, but still ended the seven-day stretch with more than 88.7 million views. Taylor Swift's channel maintained its second place position. The international pop star's view count stayed relatively constant with a 3% uptick to top out at more than 87.6 million views on the week.


Top Gainers

Jimmy Kimmel Live is up next in third place. The YouTube home of ABC's late night talk show got some help from a handful of celebrities and a handful of mean tweeters to end the week with more than 64 million views. The Ellen Show is next up in the #4 spot. Ellen DeGeneres' syndicated talk show's channel took an 8% hit in views, but still amassed nearly 53.5 million views on the week.


And rounding out the Top 5 once again is Katy Perry. The second international pop star on the list also received a 3% bump in views to end the week with almost 43.8 million.


Channel Distribution

The honor of our Top Gainers in the U.S. this week goes to Walmart.


The YouTube home of the American multinational retail corporation seems to have upped its online video strategy (and its online video marketing spend). Walmart had a handful of 'Black Friday Deals' videos that received six and seven-figure view counts. The videos helped give the channel a 322% week-over-week increase in views, the #24 spot on the U.S. chart, and more than 28.6 million views on the week.


The top 50 most viewed U.S. YouTube channels this week amassed a total of 1,581,438,612 views. Here's the distribution of a few of those channels by multi-channel network:
