An argument of creationism vs. evolution has led to the latest ESPN Twitter suspension.
On Nov. 12 former Red Sox pitcher and ESPN analyst Curt Schilling went on a Twitter voicing his support on the theory of creationism, leading ESPN baseball writer Keith Law to tweet his rebuttal using some facts to argue in favor of evolution.
Law has been noticeably absent on social media since Wednesday and on Friday Deadspin reported that ESPN has suspended Law from Twitter.
ESPN confirmed Law is suspended to Awful Announcing, but denies it was for his thoughts on evolution. In a statement to Awful Announcing, ESPN said: 'Keith's Twitter suspension had absolutely nothing to do with his opinions on the subject.'
It's unclear what else his could have caused his Twitter suspension.
Meanwhile, Schilling continues to tweet, weighing in on the situation in Ferguson, Mo.
How is our Attorney General warning POLICE OFFICERS in Ferguson, not to escalate?? How about warning the people that are going to riot?
