Khloe Kardashian Says She's Been 'Hurt The Most': Message To Lamar?

In an emotional Instagram post on Feb. 15, Khloe opened up about her thoughts on kindness - but she also hinted at the world of pain she went through after her split from Lamar Odom.

There's a reason Khloe Kardashian seems like such a kind-hearted person - it's because she had to deal with an unfair amount of pain after breaking up with her husband Lamar Odom. At least that's the reason Khloe suggested in an Instagram post on Feb. 15.

As Khloe's been known to do, she posted a picture message on the social media site. This one read, 'The kindest people are the kindest because they know what it's like to be hurt the most.'

It's a pretty heartbreaking message, to hear that beneath Khloe's eternal smile there's a layer of immense pain and sadness. But there's also a hint of positively, because at least Khloe has learned from her past and has become a better person because of it.

But there's no doubt that the loss of her relationship with Lamar still weighs heavy on her mind every day.

Like especially on Valentine's Day, when Khloe spent the holiday trying to distract herself by having lunch with Bruce and Kylie Jenner. 'Khloe asked Bruce how Lamar is doing,' a source told HollywoodLife.com exclusively, adding that Khloe also had a strong urge to reach out to her ex on V-Day: 'She wanted to but her heart wouldn't let her.'

But as with Khloe's Instagram message, the day did have a silver lining. 'Khloe had plenty of love on Valentine's Day because she was with her family,' said the source. 'She spent the day with those close to her that no matter what, they will always be down and loyal to her. She had an amazing day filled with love, kindness and generosity.'
