Justin took to Instagram to serenade millions of female fans - but did he really only want Selena to swoon over his video?

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez's relationship will always be remembered - and in fact, it looks like Justin still isn't over it! Justin, 19, took to Instagram to sing his latest hit 'Heartbreaker ' to fans in a video he posted - but was he just trying to get Selena's attention?

Justin Bieber Sings 'Heartbreaker' On Instagram Video - To Selena Gomez?

Justin uploaded the sexy video to Instagram on Oct. 8, singing the following lyrics from 'Heartbreaker':

You say that you don't wanna talk but it's cool Been thinkin' about you all day long, hopin you'll pick up your phone And I know that I don't wanna lose your love

Choosing those specific lyrics to croon has to mean something! If he can't get in touch with Selena, and she won't call him - it looks like he had to resort to Instagram to get her attention in a different way!

The bottom line of those verses is Justin wishing that the subject of the song would pick up her phone, even though she doesn't want to talk - and who else would it be but Selena?

Biebs also captioned the video, 'Don't tell me you're my chaaaaaart breaker#cantstopwontstop.'

Does saying he 'won't stop' mean that he'll record more videos with Selena in mind?

Selena Gomez 'Forcing Herself To Move On' From Justin Bieber

When Justin released the song on Oct. 7, he also tweeted a message displayed on iTunes that he wrote to his fans about the song.

'It's a song for people going through heartbreak - like I was when I wrote it. It means so much to me to be able to share what I was, and still am going through, with my fans. I'm very proud of this song and I hope it gives my fans some insight into my heart. - JB.'

Justin and Selena have been dating other people as they figure out where they stand with each other, but it seems like Justin is more than ready to give their romance another shot. However, it sounds like Selena is resisting Justin's new advances - for now!

'As much as Selena loves Justin, she just can't put herself through more stress by committing herself to restarting their relationship,' a source told Hollywoodlife.com EXCLUSIVELY. 'Their on-and-off relationship was 'making her sick all the time.'

The problem is, says the source, 'Selena misses Justin and she's still not over him but she's forcing herself to move on. This song is his way of trying to get to her. Justin knows just how to push her buttons.'

Looks like she'll be tough to crack! Poor heartbroken Justin - we wonder if she'll break down and respond to this super sexy and romantic Instagram video!
