Amanda Bynes is back on Twitter and her meds too - or so she claims.
The 28-year-old actress was released from psychiatric hold at a Pasadena, Calif. hospital on Thursday after 20 days of treatment that followed a series of bizarre stunts during a trip to New York.
In a wide-ranging string of tweets, Bynes announced early Tuesday that she was diagnosed as bipolar and her parents are giving her just $50 a day.
'I was diagnosed bi - polar and manic depressive so I'm on medication and I'm seeing my psychologist and pyshchiatrist weekly so I'm fine :D,' Bynes tweeted.
Aside from complaining about her bad hair day, Bynes' biggest woes involve money.
Bynes is under a court-ordered conservatorship after a judge in Ventura County, Calif., made the quick decision Friday to turn away a lawyer claiming to represent the troubled starlet.

And her parents apparently have Bynes on a tight financial leash.
'But i am conserved and my parents only give me $50 dollars a day and it's really annoying,' Bynes tweeted.
The 'Hairspray' actress said she needs to get her own apartment and won't move back in with her parents - and she's not 'legally obligated to.'
Bynes' return to Los Angeles was preceded by a week of bizarre behavior that included an alleged shoplifting incident at Barneys as well as twerking in a Upper East Side boutique.
Prior to departing New York, she went on a Twitter tirade, in which she alleged sexual abuse at the hands of her father, then later blamed making those claims on a 'microchip' in her brain.
