Top 50 Most Viewed US YouTube Channels • Week Of 10/24/14

It's another installment of the weekly Tubefilter Chart of the Top 50 Most Viewed U.S. YouTube Channels and a now familiar channel is still at the top.


Top Gainers

DisneyCollectorBR is in first place on the U.S. charts for its fifth week in a row. The online video library that showcases children's toys witnessed a 5% dip in views, but still ended the week with over 94.2 million of them. Blucollection is next up in second place for its second week in a row. One of the other prominent YouTube channels featuring videos of adults playing with children's toys also saw a slight dip in views, but still netted out with over 44.8 million on the week.


VitalyzdTV is up next in the #3 spot. The YouTube home of Russian prankster Vitaly Zdorovetskiy closed out the week with nearly 43.4 million views. Katy Perry in fourth place. The pop star hasn't released a significant online video in several weeks, but still amassed more than 43.3 million views in the last seven days. And rounding out the Top 5 is Enrique Iglesias, who also hasn't released a significant online video in several weeks, but the international pop star's channel still scored more than 41.9 million views during the week.


Channel Distribution

The honor of one of our Top Gainers in the U.S. this week goes to BuzzFeed Yellow.


The self-proclaimed 'tasty short, fun, inspiring, funny, interesting videos from the Buzzfeed crew,' which are 'just like Buzzfeedvideo but more yellow...' had a bit of a viral hit last week with its engagement photos edition of its video version of Awkward Family Photos. The video featuring interesting couples pre-nuptials racked up a seven-figure view count to help give BuzzFeed Yellow a 20% uptick in views, nearly 32.3 million views on the week, and the #12 spot in the U.S.


The top 50 most viewed U.S. YouTube channels this week amassed a total of 1,319,878,101 views. Here's the distribution of those channels by multi-channel network:
