Despite seven inventive novels and eight epic movies, J.K. Rowling can't let Harry Potter go.
She may or may not have teased the beloved book and movie character's return on Twitter Tuesday, where her stream of consciousness led her to post 'a riddle or an anagram,' drop some clues about it, then let the Internet basically blow up with guesses and awesomeness. Later, she suggested it has something to do with the beginning of 'Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them,' a spinoff of her Potter books starring Newt Scamander set in New York 70 years before Potter worked wonders on us all.
Rowling is currently writing a screenplay for the first in a series of movies based on the story of that name. That is when she's not on Twitter.
Rowling tweeted, 'Cry, foe! Run amok! Fa awry! My wand won't tolerate this nonsense.'
A Reddit user quickly rearranged those words to be: 'Harry returns! Wont say any details now. A week off. No comment.'
Then another, complaining that language was too stilted for an author and that 'the end is a bit off too,' suggested: 'Harry returns? Won't say! No comment now, any details a week off.'
Hot or cold? Rowling isn't really saying despite enough media attention to fill one of her books.

Is the Internet warm or not? Time and maybe a divination spell will tell.
Warmer....
It all started rather innocuously. Not that fans would read anything into that, right? Turns out Rowling can't resist Twitter's siren song either.

Something to ponder while I'm away X

Rowling retweeted this fan. Then she gave this clue.
'Newt Scamander's History of New York Fauna: One town, my tale' Warmer.

And another in response to this question. With that Viki Carter, who lives in Liverpool and identifies herself as slytherin (c'mon!) on Twitter, updated her bio to read: TWEETED BY J.K.ROWLING 07/10/14. And Rowling sent another tweet. That's it so far. Do you have a thought? A guess? That divination spell and a wand? Let us know.
