Instagram users are experiencing major service issues when trying to access both the desktop and mobile website.
According to DownDetector.com, Instagram first started service issues as early as 11:05 a.m. ET on Friday afternoon, but by 4:45 p.m., an onset of complaints started to bubble up on Twitter, with many not able to access the popular photo-sharing site at all.
Instagram has not yet responded to a request for comment.
