The company is publishing a post each day to its Pfizer365.com site, which is so far home to 45 days' worth of stories.
On the blog the company explains: 'Whether they work across the hall or across the world, your Pfizer colleagues make important contributions, which improve the health of billions of people.'
In addition to promoting the company's health improvement efforts the blog has a clear recruitment and retention message, highlighting initiatives such as Pfizer Germany's 'Fair Play Team'.
This group supports promote diversity and inclusion at its sites in the country, focusing on mentoring, unconscious bias awareness, work-life balance, and leadership.
Thomas Biegi, team lead, communications, and co-chair of Pfizer's Fair Play Team Germany, writes: 'As our vision states, it is our goal that every colleague is able to deploy her or his full potential in order to make Pfizer as successful as possible and an employer of choice in Germany.'
