Google+ for Android gets another minor update, a few interface tweaks

It's not looking like Google will ever give up on Google+, which is good news for those of you addicted to the social network. The last few Google+ app updates have been relatively minor ones, and today's improvements are no different.

Version 4.5 of the app features a number of interface tweaks. There's a new profile page that kind of resembles what we've been seeing of Material Design in the upcoming Android L. There are also bolder buttons for individual posts in your feed, and the search box in the drop-down post filter at the top has also been expanded so that you have more of an inclination to use it.

On the left, your new search bar. On the right, the last version of Google+.

You can download the new version of Google+ from the Google Play Store.
