Joe Elbaor uses his dashboard camera to record videos of bad driving and then posts them on his YouTube account to educate inexperienced drivers. 'It's almost like a stress reliever, too,' Elbaor said. 'When you were younger, somebody would cut you off and you'd yell at them or give them the finger, or whatever.
