A day after he was pulled off the air for his racist Twitter rant, shock jock Anthony Cumia has finally deleted the firing offense.

By Saturday morning, the string of offensive tweets was removed from Cumia's Twitter account. For two days the 'Opie and Anthony' host refused to take them down.

SiriusXM fired Cumia - who earns about $3 million a year - over the now-missing tweets Friday.

The 20-year radio veteran posted his tirade early Wednesday morning after he claimed a black woman punched him in the face in Times Square.

'She's lucky I was a white legal gun owner or she'd be dead,' he wrote around 4 a.m. Wednesday. 'Then 5 blacks started giving me s--t!'

The 53-year-old host said the woman was angry because she was in one of the photos he took of Times Square.

In his tweets, he called her a 'c--t' and a 'savage' and wrote that he hoped someone would shoot her.

Then, he argued that the woman was a racist - apparently, she called him a 'white motherf----r' as she clobbered him, he claimed.

'It's really open season on white people in this day and age,' Cumia wrote. 'No recourse. Fight back and you're a racist. The predators know this. Good luck.'

SiriusXM fired Cumia Friday, calling his tweets 'hate-filled.'

It's not clear if his long-time DJ partner Gregg (Opie) Hughes will stay on the air without his cohost. The two had been hosting together for 20 years.
