A mugshot of a repeat offender posted on Facebook by police went viral online, garnering more than 13,000 likes and 3,000 comments in less than 24 hours.
Jeremy Meeks was arrested Wednesday in Stockton and charged with six felony counts of street terrorism and weapons charges.
But his record doesn't seem to bother his admirers.
One Facebook comment read: 'OMG He's waaaay too sexy to go in a cell - bring him to me, I'll lock him up.'
Another fan even set up a Facebook fan page for Meeks, who was being held in the San Joaquin County Jail.
