The Knowles sisters have reunited in the Big Easy.
Beyoncé posted a photo of her and sister Solange Knowles on Saturday, titling the picture 'New Orleans May 17th 2014.' The caption seems to illustrate that the 'Crazy in Love' singer wants everyone to know that she and her younger sister have put the past behind them, after footage of a clash between Beyonce's husband Jay Z and Solange at a Met Gala after-party was leaked earlier this month.
Solange lives in New Orleans with her boyfriend Alan Ferguson and son Daniel Julez, so the photo indicates that Beyonce is visiting her sister at her home. The two posed with their arms around each other in the photo, with Beyonce clad in a striped green tank top and Solange wearing a sunny yellow top.
The pop star's latest Instagram update comes just one day after she, her husband and sister issued a joint statement to socialfeedia.blogspot.com about the elevator fight. 'We love each other and, above all, we are family,' the statement said. 'We've put this behind us and hope everyone else will do the same.'
The same day that Beyoncé posted the photo to Instagram, 'Saturday Night Live ' aired a sketch about the clash between Solange and Jay Z, which depicted the trio emphasizing that they have moved on from the incident.
