Chrissy Teigen has rejoined Twitter -- but it happened by accident.
The model quit the social media site last week after receiving backlash, including death threats, for her tweets about the deadly shooting in Ottawa.
'I feel sick. Bye Twitter,' she tweeted her 543,000 followers on Oct. 23. 'Taking my talents to Instagram.'
In fact, it was her attempt to share a photo on Instagram that brought her back to Twitter on Friday.
When updating her Instagram account with a post about her Halloween plans, Teigen accidentally linked to Twitter as well.

'I mean to post that just to insta but accidentally linked to twitter,' she wrote. 'It's like when you are trying to silent treatment someone and f--- up.'
After cross-posting a few more Instagram posts to her Twitter feed, the 28-year-old addressed her Twitter followers directly.
'I'm bored. I missed you guys. Question time!' she tweeted.
She then had a conversation with fans, in which she invited them to ask her questions via the hashtag #askchrissyanything.

While most of the questions were light-hearted in nature, one person asked a question related to her initial comment about the Ottawa shooting, in which she tweeted, 'Active shooting in Canada, or as we call it in america, wednesday.'
'Why you make crappy jokes about America?' he asked.
'Pointing out facts is not a joke,' she responded. 'Because i'm not delusional, i will forever point out the flaws in our wonderful country.'
After a few hours, Teigen wrapped up the chat, tweeting, 'Ok sleeps time. Happy Halloween errbody.'
